At Cover Carry, we take pride in carefully preparing and delivering your book purses with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting them.


📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on your location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


🌍 Shipping Rates

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


❗ Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Cover Carry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

  • In the rare case of a lost package, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
